was first aired on BBC Radio 4 in the UK on 23rd August 2003. It is believed to have
been broadcast as one episode between 14:30 and 16:00.
A further reading was broadcast by BBC7 beginning on
Saturday, June 10th at 13:00 BST and remained
available for the following seven days.
